In order to help support her chosen field, Dr. Pfeiffer is a member of the following professional organizations: American Psychological Association (APA) Texas Psychological Association (TPA) Houston Psychological Association (HPA) Fort Bend Psychological Association (FBPA)
She belongs to the Membership/Recruitment Committee of TPA and acts as the “key contact” for her local legislator for TPA. More locally, she is actively involved in FBPA holding the office of Records and Information Technology.
In addition, Dr. Pfeiffer is actively involved in the general Fort Bend community. She has served on the board of directors for several FBISD PTA's/PTO's. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the Literacy Council of Fort Bend County and the Junior Cotillion of Fort Bend County. She has been actively involved in the local Girl Scout council for over 10 years, helping girls of all ages develop strength, independence and confidence.
