?Adults may question whether they have ADHD or ADD, but were undiagnosed throughout their childhood. Dr. Pfeiffer's evaluation includes collecting as thorough of a developmental, medical, social, academic and behavioral history as possible. Standardized behavioral and emotional assessments will be requested of the adult and significant members of his or her family. Where possible, the adult's parents will be asked specific questions about their childhood. Based on the data collected, Dr. Pfeiffer will provide the individual with conclusions of their evaluation and specific recommendations. Given how hard it often is for people to manage ADHD / ADD, Dr. Pfeiffer frequently provides psycho-education and specific strategies to help increase awareness of the impact of this disorder on one’s daily life, as well as ways to help foster greater success and peace in life.
