How do I refill a prescription between appointments?
 
 

If you are an established patient and have not missed any recent appointments then call 281-242-2595, option 2 to refill your prescription(s) between appointments. 

 

Leave a message with the following information:

·         Patient's name and date of birth

·         Caller's name and available phone number (s)  

·          Medication, dose and instructions on the prescription bottle

·         Specify if refill is for 30 days or you plan to obtain a 90 day (mail order) refill (see question below)

·         If you would like the prescription mailed to you, please leave your mailing address

·         If you would like it called into your pharmacy, then leave pharmacy name and phone number

·         To pick up a prescription, the hours are 9 – 4:00 pm unless other arrangements are made in advance

 

Important Reminders:

·         There is a 48 hour turn around to process prescriptions

·         If receiving prescriptions by mail, please allow an additional 1-4 days to receive your prescription in the mail

·         Triplicate prescriptions (see question below) cannot be called into the pharmacy.  They must be mailed or picked up in person 

·         Prescriptions will not be refilled if several appointments have been missed.  Please call the office to schedule an appointment
